He then talks with John Bouman, president of the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law, about Gov. Pat Quinn’s plan to cut $2.7 billion from the state’s Medicaid budget. Bob finishes up the show by discussing the upcoming oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court set for March 26 on the individual mandate in the federal health care reform law with Chicago attorney Jim Geoly.
